Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original branded packaging, ensuring all certificates and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
